Designed to suit smaller dairy breeds – Fresian, Guernsey or Jersey, this original Euro loop was the first to start the cow comfort range.
AVAILABLE IN THREE STANDARD LENGTHS:
• 1750mm loop
• 1870mm loop
• 2000mm loop
All the above sizes can also be used on larger head to head runs.
Recommended bed centres of 1145mm.
A smaller young stock version is also available.

HIGHNECK EUROPEAN COW CUBICLE

Designed to suit larger breeds of dairy animals, ideally Holstein or FresianXHolstein. This deeper loop lifts the headrail to allow the animal to get to its feet without obstruction.

AVAILABLE IN FOUR STANDARD LENGTHS:
• 1750mm loop
• 1870mm loop
• 2000mm loop
• 2100mm loop

All the above sizes can also be used on larger head to head runs. Recommended bed centres of 1145mm to 1220mm.

CATTLE FEED FENCE PANELS

We supply a range of diagonal feed fence panels to fit in building bays and to be fixed between posts. We offer panels to suit a block wall with no base or a timber skirted base version. There is also a gated version to suit a 15’ gap made as standard. We use diagonals so each animal has its own feed space and due to the orientation of the diagonal bars less wastage is achieved.
• Panels with no timber skirt stand 920mm high
• Panels with timber skirt stand at 1390mm high

HOOK ON CATTLE FEED TROUGHS

These troughs can be supplied in any length but are supplied in three standard further dimension sizes listed below.

• 450mm wide x 300mm deep
• 600mm wide x 300mm deep
• 750mm wide x 350mm deep

Please note if ordering to fit existing feed fence barriers you will need to confirm the box section size they are to hook onto. The standard size hooks we use are to suit 50 x 50mm or 60 x 60mm.

These troughs are fully galvanised and include strapping for extra strength. Timber versions are also available and all hook on troughs are priced on application.

Ultima® Cubicle (suitable for stock over 22 months)

The Ultima is the modern choice for a successful dairy housing solution.

1. High headrail position improves standing position and increased acceptance into cubicle bed
2. Upper support rail positioned high enough not to interfere with the "Lunge Zone" yet still low enough to inhibit walk through for open fronted or head to head runs
3. The "lunge zone" which is now set with the upper support rail in a position to deter walkthrough, inhibits separated groups from merging with one another
4. Lower support rail is positioned very close to the ground which clears space in the "lunge zone" encouraging the animal to manoeuvre more naturally into and out of the cubicle

AE offers a selection of cubicle loop lengths to accommodate individual requirements. Whist the Super Comfort no longer meets the latest dairy housing recommendations, it remains a popular choice for refurbishments and existing buildings.

Super Comfort cubicles are quick and easy to install. Once the posts are in position, other components are simply attached using high quality clamps and fastenings. The Super Comfort whilst not offering the same level of comfort and welfare as the Ultima® and Supreme systems remains a vast improvement over the older freestanding cubicle designs. Combine your Super Comfort cubicle with Brisket Board or P.I.P.E. to encourage the correct lying position.
